Holiday retreats in Zambratija

**SUBSIDISED HOLIDAY RETREAT

• Due to increased costs of living, numerous families cannot afford to pay the holiday retreats at a full price. In addition, the number of medical holiday retreats is also severely limited. This is why we are allowing for a possibility of subsidised holiday retreats, with the help of our donors.
• This subsidy is intended for anyone who cannot afford to pay the full price of the holiday retreat.
• Please indicate on your application that you are applying for a subsidised holiday retreat. Immediately after applying for a subsidised holiday retreat, you must send a description of your family and financial situation to prijave@zpmmoste.net (object: subsidy), including the description of your family and financial situation, as well as the child benefits decision which clearly states your income class.
• The subsidy is decided upon by the Subsidised Holidays Commission of the ZPM Moste-Polje. Once confirmed, you will receive an invoice for the holiday retreat with a discounted amount by e-mail.

*MEDICAL HOLIDAY RETREAT (subsidised by the HIIS)

Medical holiday retreats are intended for children who are more often bothered by health issues, and are subsidised by the Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia.
The condition for participating in these medical holiday retreats is a healthcare proposal that can be obtained from the child’s personal physician. A child who has been sick more often and whose health issues are recorded in their medical documentation, or who has been hospitalised is entitled to benefit from a medical holiday retreat.
A medical holiday retreat can be taken with one of the organisers who are organising medical holiday retreats for the region in which they live.
The number of available places for a medical holiday retreat in Zambratija is limited. Once these places are filled, the application form will no longer have the option to “apply through a healthcare proposal”, and you will unfortunately not be able to make use of your healthcare proposal with us. In this case, you can contact other medical holiday retreat organisers in your municipality.
In Zambratija, where approximately 1000 children will spend their summer holidays every summer, the following number of children will be allowed to make use of their HIIS subsidy:

• a total of: 175 children from the municipalities of Ljubljana, Brezovica, Dobrova, Dol pri Ljubljani, Horjul, Ig, Medvode, Notranje Gorice, Polhov Gradec, Smlednik, Strahovica, Škofljica, Velike Lašče, Vodice
• a total of: 20 children from the municipalities of Kamnik, Komenda
• a total of:13 children from the municipalities of Vrhnika, Log-Dragomer, Borovnica

After your submitted application has been confirmed, you must send your healthcare proposal to our address – Proletarska cesta 1, SI-1000 Ljubljana within 14 days. The healthcare proposal must also be completed and signed by you (on the overleaf from the doctor’s completed information)!
