Holidays
Holiday retreats, camps, trips, excursions and holiday care have been the key activities of the Anita Ogulin and ZPM Association for more than 70 years. These programmes are implemented in order to enable children and adolescents to come into contact with nature and develop values such as solidarity, health, creativity, and respect.
In doing so, we contribute to the creation of a more just and equal society, where children receive unforgettable experiences and opportunities for personal growth.
As part of our programmes, we adhere to common rules that help us ensure the safety of children and provide for a simpler organisation of our holiday retreats and camps.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Autumn
CAMP IN KRANJSKA GORA
The camp will be held in the Vila Šumica holiday home in Kranjska Gora from 27 October – 31 October 2024. The departure and arrival will coincide with the camp held in Zambratija. This camp is suitable for children from 6 to 10 years of age. Price: EUR 243.00.
ISTRIA IN AUTUMN
This camp will take place from 27 October to 31 October 2024 in our holiday home in Zambratija. The departure and arrival will coincide with the camp held in Kranjska Gora. This programme is suitable for children from 11 to 15 years of age (or until the end of primary school). Price: EUR 235.00.
WINTER
HUMANITARIAN CHRISTMAS CAMP IN KRANJSKA GORA
The camp will be held in the Vila Šumica holiday home in Kranjska Gora from 25 December to 29 December 2024. Children can only apply to participate in this camp if they have received the invitation sent to children included in our humanitarian programmes. The camp is suitable for children from 6 to 12 years of age.
HUMANITARIAN NEW YEAR CAMP IN KRANJSKA GORA
The camp will be held in the Vila Šumica holiday home in Kranjska Gora from 29 December 2024 to 2 January 2025. Children can only apply to participate in this camp if they have received the invitation sent to children included in our humanitarian programmes. The camp is suitable for children from 6 to 12 years of age.
WINTER HOLIDAYS IN KRANJSKA GORA
Winter ski holidays in the Vila Šumica holiday home will take place in two time slots, from 16. February to 22 February 2025 and from 23 February to 1 March 2025, according to school holidays in different statistical regions. This camp is suitable for children from 8 to 14 years of age. Price: EUR 300.00.
SPRING
MAY DAY CAMP IN KRANJSKA GORA
During the May Day holidays, a camp is organised in Kranjska Gora for children between 6 and 10 years of age. The camp is located in the Vila Šumica holiday home, which offers our children a safe place to relax and explore.
ISTRIA IN SPRING
During the May Day holidays, a holiday trip for children between 11 and 15 years of age is organised in the holiday home in Zambratija. During the entire week, we offer a wide variety of sports and creative activities, an orientation hike, a search for hidden treasure, and much more.
MAY DAY TRIP
Every year, the Anita Ogulin and ZPM Association also organises a trip to one of the European cities for adolescents. We have travelled to many cities so far, expanding our horizons. The price, destination and time slot can be expected to be announced in December.
SUMMER
SUMMER COLONIES IN ZAMBRATIJA
The renovated seaside villa in Zambratija is located in a park with tall pine trees, greens, and football, basketball, handball, beach volleyball and table tennis courts. The large park offers a natural shade and cooling, as well as a perfect opportunity for children and adolescents to relax and enjoy sports activities. The home also has a well-maintained beach.
SUMMER IN KRANJSKA GORA
A varied English-speaking holiday – a language camp in Kranjska Gora with a rich sports and creative program.
BOOM holidays – a programme designed for teenagers who are looking to enjoy socialising, sports, music, sun, dance and new experiences.
I’m Alright camp – daily activities based on group work.
HOLIDAYS NEXT TO LAKE BOHINJ
Holidays in Bohinj. New location for our colonies as of summer 2020. The time slot for the holidays – camping in tents with beds that have already been set up…
HOLIDAY CARE
Holiday care in Ljubljana has been carried out for many years, under the careful guidance of the Anita Ogulin Association. Children are guided, cared for, and animated by experienced educators and goodwill ambassadors. The program is always varied and interesting. In 2022, we offered as many as 5 different holiday care weeks at different locations throughout Ljubljana.
YOUNG PEOPLE AND EUROPE
Organised trips for adolescents from 13 to 17 years of age who want to learn how to travel independently and expand their horizons.
In 2022, we are preparing one trip in the spring and two in the summer.
BOOM HOLIDAYS
Holidays for teenagers who wish to enjoy socialising with their peers, sports, music, sun, dance, and new experiences. As always, we will take care of safety and have a crazy good time. A special feature of this programme is that we get to sleep in a bit in the morning, organise evening dances, have conversations about growing up, love, and discovering our talents, and enjoy good company of peers and educators who understand us.
