Young people and Europe

Young people want to explore the world and face new challenges. To this end, the project Young People and Europe – a travel programme for young people from 14 to 17 years of age was created years ago (13 and 18-year-olds can also take part in the programme by prior agreement). Our goal is to make the dreams of adolescents who wish to learn about foreign places, customs, language, architecture, history and other attractions come true. In doing so, we follow the traveller’s way of life, teaching teens how to navigate big cities, where to find information, what to see in a particular city, how to read maps, and where and what to eat.

The trips are managed by experienced and responsible leaders and educators from the Moste-Polje Association of Friends of Youth who also accompany teens on these trips.

So far, we have explored a variety of destinations in Europe, including Denmark, Italy, Sweden, Spain, Germany, France, Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Luxembourg, Belgium, England, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Serbia, Bosnia, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. Balkan tour

We’re setting off on an unforgettable adventure across the Balkans, where in just a few days we’ll explore picturesque towns, untouched nature, and lively streets. From the historic town of Jajce and colorful Sarajevo to the crystal-clear Tara River, where an exciting rafting experience awaits us, and the sunny coast of Montenegro.

We’ll take in breathtaking views, sail past some of the most beautiful corners of the Adriatic, visit Kotor and Herceg Novi, and finish our journey with a stop in Dubrovnik.
