The renovated seaside villa in Zambratija is located in a spacious park with tall pine trees, greens, and football, basketball, handball, beach volleyball and table tennis courts. The large park offers a natural shade and cooling, as well as a perfect opportunity for children and adolescents to relax and enjoy sports activities. The villa also has a well-maintained beach.
The villa consists of three floors (ground floor, first and second floor) and can accommodate up to 130 people. There are a total of 15 rooms (5 of which have a balcony), with 4 to 11 beds. The sanitation facilities are available on each floor, and the room which is also adapted for the disabled has its own sanitation facilities. The dining room is at the same time also a large hall or a multi-purpose space where various audio and video equipment is available.

The Zambratija holiday home is located within the area of a large green park, which offers a pleasant shade on hot summer days. The park has a multi-purpose football, basketball, handball, and beach volleyball court. Tables for table tennis are also located in the vicinity of the home. All courts can be lit up in the evening. A multi-purpose space is dedicated to entertainment and events.

The offer also includes a well-organised beach only a minute away from the holiday home. The sea is very clean here, and its bottom is covered with sand. The beach has its own sanitation facilities. We also offer swimming aids, sandbox toys, and board games. You can also explore the sea with a canoe and SUP.
