Responsible, loving, original and understanding leadership of a group of children and young people, where each of them is equally important, is what makes the colonies with the “Anita Ogulin and ZPM” Association so special! Promotion, cooperation, solidarity, and a sense of community power are an important part of the mission of the “Anita Ogulin and ZPM” Association. Our educators are also the oldest participants of our holiday retreats. Now, they are in charge of planning and managing numerous unforgettable activities, and creating events, special traditions and evening activities.

The “Anita Ogulin and ZPM” Association leads by example. This is the only way for young people to responsibly learn the behaviour and leadership that they can then bring into their own lives. Younger participants learn these skills when they observe older participants; these act in an extremely understanding manner towards all younger participants by including them in all activities and knowing how to comfort them and take initiative. In the colonies organised by the “Anita Ogulin and ZPM” Association, educators talk to children a lot, and children also talk to one another.
