Who am I? What and how do I feel? And why? Can I actually be myself? Where do all these negative feelings come from? Do I still deserve love? What should I do with all my anger and fear? Am I aware of my unique abilities? What about all the negative beliefs that keep me from becoming who I want to be?<\/p>\n

Through playful exercises, conversations, and working in pairs, we will discover the answers to the aforementioned questions and acquire new knowledge and skills that will help us discover our individuality and any possible limiting beliefs we hold about ourselves. Above all, we will have fun together (this is a playshop, after all), creating a safe, confidential and friendly atmosphere which will allow us to discover that all of us (yes, even teenagers) are people facing the same challenges.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon, we will prepare a gourmet lunch together, play (and win!) board games, create, and “hang” together as carefree teenagers.<\/p>\n

Teens Playshop\u00ae is a programme that helps teens find their self-love<\/strong> and balance, happiness, and joy in their lives<\/strong> to help them cope with the potential challenges of being a teenager. The Teens Playshop\u00ae programme is a licensed programme of the “Heal Your Life” organisation, created by Louise Hay and based on her affirmative principles and philosophies. The workshop is conducted by an internationally certified and licensed Heal Your Life<\/span>\u00ae<\/sup> instructor and coach who is licensed to work with teenagers and run Self-Empowerment for Teens Playshop<\/span>\u00ae workshops<\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Arrival<\/strong>: Activities begin at 9\u00a0am. Due to the organisation of the programme, we kindly ask you to arrive on time.<\/p>\n

Departure<\/strong>: The programme ends at 3\u00a0pm. You can pick up your teenager at the drop-off point or let us know if they are going home on their own.<\/p>\n

Price<\/strong>: EUR\u00a0295.00
The price includes: the Teens Playshop\u00ae programme, lunch, entertainment activities, organisation, childcare and guidance. We will try to arrange for the payment to be processed in at least two instalments. Due to the nature of the work within the programme, the number of participants is limited to a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15\u00a0participants.<\/p>\n
