    Association of Friends of Youth Ljubljana Moste-Polje is non-governmental and humanitarian organisation. For the past 60 years, we have been creating programs for children and youth, through which we enable them equal opportunities and healthy growth. We put special emphasis on defending children\u2019s rights, and organise leisure activities through creative workshops, sports and education to give them knowledge on values of solidarity, tolerance and openness.<\/p>\n

    We are trying to improve the living conditions of socially neglected children and families and point out necessary changes for decent life of people in need. We offer them financial, material, psychosocial and legal help and support them on the way to better future.<\/p>\n

    CAMP COUNSELLOR JOB DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Taking care of a group of children (6 \u2013 12) for a minimum of one week<\/li>\n
    • Group supervision of campers with attention to all of the following: program, health, happiness, discipline, cleanliness, safety, routine duties, character and skill development<\/li>\n
    • Help campers plan, carry out and evaluate projects and activities<\/li>\n
    • Assist campers with housekeeping chores<\/li>\n
    • Take turns with other camp counsellors for various responsibilities<\/li>\n
    • Teach or assist with camp programmes and encourage camper participation<\/li>\n
    • Help develop, carry out and evaluate a camp programme that reflects the goals of the camp<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work as a team member with other Camp counsellors and staff members<\/li>\n
    • Experience in working with children in a group setting<\/li>\n
